Orders for products and services can be placed online or in person at one of our locations. Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase, except for offers.
Shipping and Delivery
Jetayu Gadgets currently ships orders within India only. We do not currently offer shipping to Nepal or other international destinations unless expressly agreed by us in writing prior to placement of the order.
Shipping charges, where applicable, are determined based on factors including the nature, weight, value and destination of the order and will be communicated or displayed as applicable.
Any delivery timelines communicated by Jetayu Gadgets are estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing. Delivery may be affected by courier operations, transportation delays, weather conditions, government restrictions, force majeure events and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Dispatch and Transfer of Transit Risk
Once an order has been duly packed and handed over to the courier, logistics provider or other carrier for delivery to the customer, and the applicable tracking or consignment details have been generated or communicated, the order shall be considered dispatched.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, the risk of accidental loss of or damage to the goods during transit shall pass to the customer upon lawful handover of the shipment to the carrier for transmission to the customer.
Jetayu Gadgets shall not be responsible for loss, theft, damage, delay, mishandling, misrouting or other events occurring while the shipment is in the custody of the carrier after such handover, except to the extent that such loss, damage or liability results from an act, omission or obligation for which Jetayu Gadgets remains responsible under applicable law or the expressly agreed terms of the transaction.
Where reasonably possible, Jetayu Gadgets may assist the customer in communicating with the courier or raising a transit claim. Any such assistance is provided as a customer service measure and shall not, by itself, constitute an admission or assumption of liability by Jetayu Gadgets.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, contact details and any other information reasonably required for delivery. Additional costs, failed delivery, return-to-origin charges or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer may be charged to the customer to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this Shipping and Delivery Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or waive any right, remedy, guarantee, warranty or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable Indian law.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
