Combined with a robust 350°C die-cast direct extrusion core, hardened steel dual-gears, and a 120°C structural bed, it handles challenging aerospace and mechanical polymers like carbon fiber, polycarbonate, and industrial nylon (PA-CF, PC, ABS) out of the box.

Can the Creality Filament System (CFS) box dry wet spools actively?+

The CFS unit functions primarily as a sealed, humidity-controlled vault equipped with physical desiccant bays and electronic real-time humidity sensors to prevent dry filaments from absorbing ambient moisture. While it preserves materials flawlessly during multi-day prints, it does not bake water out of pre-saturated spools. Wet or hygroscopic filaments should be conditioned inside a dedicated filament dryer before loading.

How does the active chamber heating mechanism improve interlayer bond strength?+

Engineering polymers warp and exhibit poor Z-axis layer fusion if they cool down too quickly upon leaving the nozzle. The K2 Plus uses an active internal convective heating grid to maintain an elevated ambient air temperature up to 60°C. This significantly slows the material crystallization curve, relieving internal mechanical stresses and dramatically improving structural layer-to-layer adhesion.

What are the advantages of printing natively using Creality OS and Creality Print?+

Creality OS leverages a high-bandwidth Klipper base execution engine, managing input shaping and flow control routines directly on the main control board.
