Jetayu Gadgets is an authorized dealer and service center for DJI products in India and Nepal. Our experienced and trained technicians provide repair and maintenance services for DJI products. We make every effort to ensure that all repairs are performed in a timely and professional manner.
Ordering Products and Services
Orders for products and services can be placed online or in person at one of our locations. Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase, except for offers.
Shipping and Delivery
Jetayu Gadgets ships products to locations within India and Nepal. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order and the shipping location. Delivery times are a maximum of 5 - 10 days, but they may vary depending on the shipping method selected and the shipping location.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Jetayu Gadgets offers a return and refund policy. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of the purchase date. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
Please note that in the event of order cancellation without valid reason, a procurement fee will be deducted, as we procure products on order. Additionally, transaction charges will be deducted if payment was made via credit or debit card.
