Return and Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

You may return or exchange any product purchased from Jetayu Gadgets within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
Note: Create a video of yourself opening the box for the first time. We will need the video to verify whether the product received was damaged.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at sales@jetayugadgets.com. Provide your order details, reason for the return, and any supporting evidence, such as photographs or videos, if the product is damaged or defective.
  • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if necessary.
  • Once you receive the RMA number, securely package the product and include all original accessories and documentation.
  • Ship the product back to us at the provided return address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your return.

Refund Options

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days, and the refund amount will be credited to your original payment method.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. Cash on delivery advance amount is non refundable.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 2 days of delivery.
  • We may request supporting evidence, such as photographs or videos, to assess the damage or defect.
  • If the damage or defect is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund as per your preference.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order before it is shipped. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details to request cancellation.
If the order has already been shipped, the return process mentioned above will apply.
