7-Day Replacement & Return Policy
Eligibility for Replacement
At Jetayu Gadgets, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 7-day replacement policy only if the product received is damaged, defective, or not functioning due to transit or manufacturing issues.
Replacement applies only when:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Wrong model or variant delivered
- Issue is reported within 7 days of delivery
To qualify, customer must provide:
- Clear photo & video proof of the issue
- An unboxing video showing the complete opening process — outer cardboard box, product box, and the defect — all recorded in one continuous shot without any cuts.
Tip: Always record an unboxing video for support claim. Replacement will not be processed without proper evidence.
Not Eligible For Replacement / Return
- Customer “change of mind” or wrong purchase choice
- Damage caused after usage or mishandling
- Missing unboxing video
- Issue reported after 7 days
- Lack of funds after placing the order
Replacement Process
- Customer reports issue within 7 days
- Submit unboxing video & proof
- Technical team verifies the issue
- Return pickup is initiated
- Replacement is dispatched after product receipt & approval
Refund Clause
Refund will only be provided if the replacement product is unavailable/out of stock and not available within 14 days from the date of order.
In all other approved cases, replacement will be arranged — no direct refund.
COD (Cash on Delivery) Cancellation Policy
- 60% cancellation charges apply if the order is cancelled before dispatch.
- If the customer refuses to accept the parcel at delivery, no refund will be initiated.
- COD orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
- Repeated refusal/cancellation may lead to COD being disabled for future purchases.
- Fake orders or unverifiable contact details may be cancelled at our discretion.
