Shipping Policy

Jetayu Gadgets currently ships products within India only. We do not offer international shipping unless expressly agreed by Jetayu Gadgets in writing prior to placement of an order.

By placing an order with Jetayu Gadgets, customers acknowledge that shipping and delivery are subject to this Shipping Policy and our applicable Terms & Conditions.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated based on factors including the weight, dimensions, value and delivery destination of the order.

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout or otherwise communicated to the customer before dispatch, as applicable.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched after successful order confirmation, payment verification and completion of any other requirements applicable to the transaction.

Once an order has been packed and handed over to the designated courier, logistics provider or carrier, it will be treated as dispatched.

Tracking or consignment details will ordinarily be provided to the customer once they become available.

Estimated Delivery Time

Our usual estimated delivery timeframe is approximately 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending upon the destination, courier service and shipping method.

All delivery dates and timelines communicated by Jetayu Gadgets are estimates only, unless expressly guaranteed by us in writing.

Actual delivery may be affected by courier operations, transportation disruptions, weather conditions, government restrictions, regional accessibility, force majeure events or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Transit Risk & Responsibility

Upon lawful handover of the shipment to the courier, logistics provider or carrier for transmission to the customer, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, risk of accidental loss of or damage to the goods during transit shall pass to the customer, subject to any rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

After such handover, Jetayu Gadgets shall not be responsible for loss, theft, delay, mishandling, misrouting, damage or other events occurring while the shipment is in the custody or control of the carrier, except to the extent that the matter results from an act, omission or legal obligation for which Jetayu Gadgets remains responsible under applicable law or the expressly agreed terms of the transaction.

Where reasonably possible, Jetayu Gadgets may assist customers with tracking enquiries or in raising a claim with the relevant courier. Such assistance is provided as a customer service measure and does not, by itself, constitute an admission or assumption of liability by Jetayu Gadgets.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched and tracking information becomes available, Jetayu Gadgets will provide the applicable tracking details.

Customers are encouraged to monitor the shipment directly through the courier's tracking facility after dispatch.

Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, PIN code, contact number and other information required for delivery.

Jetayu Gadgets shall not be responsible for failed or delayed delivery resulting from incorrect, incomplete or outdated information supplied by the customer.

Any additional shipping, re-delivery or return-to-origin charges arising from incorrect delivery information, refusal to accept delivery or unsuccessful delivery attempts may be payable by the customer to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

Customers should inspect the external condition of the shipment at the time of delivery wherever reasonably possible.

If a package appears visibly damaged, opened or tampered with, customers should document its condition and notify Jetayu Gadgets and/or the courier promptly.

Customers are strongly encouraged to make an uninterrupted unboxing video showing the sealed package, shipping label and contents where a transit-related claim may need to be investigated.

Applicable Terms

This Shipping Policy should be read together with the Terms & Conditions, Cancellation/Refund Policy, Warranty Policy and any other terms applicable to the particular order.

Nothing contained in this Shipping Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or waive any statutory right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable Indian law.
