Annual Maintenance Contract provides comprehensive coverage for your drone including repairs, maintenance, and technical support for one full year.

1. Inclusions/Coverage:

2 Free Services: Includes drone inspection, cleaning, and calibration.
Zero Service/Labour Charges: No labour cost for any maintenance or repairs.
Free Repairs: All repair work is free. If parts need replacement, only the part cost will be charged.
UP TO 25% OFF on parts.
1-Year Warranty: 1 year Software warranty provided with every purchase, additionally 1yr hardware warranty provided/facilitated by Jetayu Gadgets to reduce hassle.

2. Exclusions:

This AMC does not cover:

Unauthorized modifications or third-party repairs
Consumable/wear & tear items (e.g., propellers, batteries, accessories)
Firmware upgrades outside standard warranty scope

3. Service Process:

Service must be booked in advance
Turnaround time depends on issue complexity and part availability

4. Terms & Conditions of Validity:

Valid for 12 months from the date of drone purchase
Misuse or operation beyond the intended purpose will terminate the warranty & the AMC
Any modifications & repair done without our consent will void warranty & AMC
Any damage due to exposing to moisture will terminate warranty however the AMC will continue to be valid for the tenure

Should I upgrade from HERO12 Black?+

Yes if you want the HB-Series lens ecosystem, longer battery life, faster Wi-Fi transfers, or GPS data overlays. Less compelling if you mainly use HERO12 for casual capture — image quality is essentially identical.

Are the HB-Series lenses included?+

No. The Macro, Ultra Wide, ND filter pack, and Anamorphic lens mods are sold separately. The HERO13 Black Ultra Wide Edition is the only bundle that includes a lens (Ultra Wide Lens Mod) in the box.

Is HERO13 Black compatible with my older GoPro accessories?+

Yes for mounts, Protective Cases, and the Media Mod for HERO9/10/11/12 Black. No for batteries — the new Enduro 1900 mAh is HERO13-specific and the older Enduro 1720 mAh batteries will not work.

Does it work as a webcam or for live streaming?+

Yes. HERO13 Black supports webcam mode via USB-C and live streaming up to 1080p via the Quik app. Add the Media Mod for professional XLR audio and HDMI out.

Warranty and after-sales support+

1-year GoPro manufacturer warranty, 7-day replacement on manufacturing defects, and optional AMC for accidental damage. All repairs at our in-house facility in Sector 66 Gurgaon.
