No. Because the HOVERAIR X1 weighs exactly 125 grams, it falls squarely into the Nano category under Indian drone laws (less than 250g). This exempts it entirely from DGCA registration, Digital Sky permits, or remote pilot license mandates. You can legally deploy it immediately for content creation anywhere across country borders.
