• Accidental physical damage

• Total loss payout (less deductible), with salvage rights transferred to the insurer

2 Drone Spares Cover

• Accidental damage to spares
• Theft under valid forcible entry with security measures in place

3 Third-Party Liability Cover

Coverage up to ₹20 lakhs for legal liability including:

• Includes defence/legal costs (with insurer approval)

Key Conditions

• Deductible: 5% of the Sum Insured per claim
• Drone must be operated strictly as per DGCA regulations
• Regular drone maintenance as per OEM guidelines
• In case of total loss, salvage rights remain with the insurer

✗ Normal wear & tear, depreciation, and gradual deterioration

✗ Damage from fungus, mold, vermin, rot, or long-term climate exposure
✗ Theft without forcible entry
✗ Operation involving illegal activities or violation of DGCA rules
✗ Air shows, races, or public demos (unless pre-approved)
✗ Confiscation or seizure by authorities
✗ War, terrorism, sabotage, nuclear risks
✗ Cyber-attacks or pollution-related damage
✗ Liability involving employees or contractors

What is AMC?

Annual Maintenance Contract provides comprehensive coverage for your drone including repairs, maintenance, and technical support for one full year.

1. Inclusions/Coverage:

2 Free Services: Includes drone inspection, cleaning, and calibration.
Zero Service/Labour Charges: No labour cost for any maintenance or repairs.
Free Repairs: All repair work is free. If parts need replacement, only the part cost will be charged.
UP TO 25% OFF on parts.
1-Year Warranty: 1 year Software warranty provided with every purchase, additionally 1yr hardware warranty provided/facilitated by Jetayu Gadgets to reduce hassle.

2. Exclusions:

This AMC does not cover:

Unauthorized modifications or third-party repairs
Consumable/wear & tear items (e.g., propellers, batteries, accessories)
Firmware upgrades outside standard warranty scope

3. Service Process:

Service must be booked in advance
Turnaround time depends on issue complexity and part availability

4. Terms & Conditions of Validity:

Valid for 12 months from the date of drone purchase
Misuse or operation beyond the intended purpose will terminate the warranty & the AMC
Any modifications & repair done without our consent will void warranty & AMC
Any damage due to exposing to moisture will terminate warranty however the AMC will continue to be valid for the tenure
