Annual Maintenance Contract provides comprehensive coverage for your drone including repairs, maintenance, and technical support for one full year.

1. Inclusions/Coverage:

Zero Service/Labour Charges: No labour cost for any maintenance or repairs.
Free Repairs: All repair work is free. If parts need replacement, only the part cost will be charged.
UP TO 25% OFF on parts.
1-Year Warranty: 1 year Software warranty provided with every purchase, additionally 1yr hardware warranty provided/facilitated by Jetayu Gadgets to reduce hassle.

2. Exclusions:

This AMC does not cover:

Unauthorized modifications or third-party repairs
Consumable/wear & tear items (e.g., propellers, batteries, accessories)
Firmware upgrades outside standard warranty scope

3. Service Process:

Service must be booked in advance
Turnaround time depends on issue complexity and part availability

Valid for 12 months from the date of drone purchase
Misuse or operation beyond the intended purpose will terminate the warranty & the AMC
Any modifications & repair done without our consent will void warranty & AMC

At ~377 g take-off weight, the Avata 2 falls in DGCA's Micro category (250 g to 2 kg), which requires Digital Sky registration and a Unique Identification Number (UIN). FPV-style flying additionally requires the operator to maintain visual line of sight by default — flying via goggles alone may require special permissions depending on use case. We assist with registration on every order.

Avata 2 or Mini 4 Pro — which to choose? +

These are two completely different aircraft for different uses. Pick the Mini 4 Pro for traditional aerial filmmaking — landscapes, follow shots, smooth cinematic moves. Pick the Avata 2 if you specifically want FPV — first-person view, aerobatic moves, indoor and tight-space flying, dynamic action footage. The Avata 2 is not a substitute for a camera drone.
