What is AMC?

Annual Maintenance Contract provides comprehensive coverage for your drone including repairs, maintenance, and technical support for one full year.

1. Inclusions/Coverage:

2 Free Services: Includes drone inspection, cleaning, and calibration.
Zero Service/Labour Charges: No labour cost for any maintenance or repairs.
Free Repairs: All repair work is free. If parts need replacement, only the part cost will be charged.
UP TO 25% OFF on parts.
1-Year Warranty: 1 year Software warranty provided with every purchase, additionally 1yr hardware warranty provided/facilitated by Jetayu Gadgets to reduce hassle.

2. Exclusions:

This AMC does not cover:

Unauthorized modifications or third-party repairs
Consumable/wear & tear items (e.g., propellers, batteries, accessories)
Firmware upgrades outside standard warranty scope

3. Service Process:

Service must be booked in advance
Turnaround time depends on issue complexity and part availability

4. Terms & Conditions of Validity:

Valid for 12 months from the date of drone purchase
Misuse or operation beyond the intended purpose will terminate the warranty & the AMC
Any modifications & repair done without our consent will void warranty & AMC
Any damage due to exposing to moisture will terminate warranty however the AMC will continue to be valid for the tenure

Is the Mini 4K DGCA-compliant for India? +

Yes. At under 249 g, the Mini 4K falls in the DGCA Nano category — no Digital Sky registration, no Remote ID, and no UIN needed for recreational use. Commercial use still requires Digital Sky registration. We assist with import documentation.

Mini 4K or Mini 3 — which entry-level drone? +

Pick the Mini 4K if true 4K and the lowest price are your priorities. Pick the Mini 3 if you want a larger 1/1.3-inch sensor for noticeably better low-light performance, HDR video, and true vertical shooting. Mini 3 also lasts longer per charge (38 vs 31 minutes). The price gap is roughly 30%.

Standard vs Fly More Combo — what's included? +

Standard ships with the drone, RC-N1C controller, single Intelligent Flight Battery, and propellers. Fly More Combo adds 2 spare batteries, 2 pairs of spare propellers, the Two-Way Charging Hub, a Propeller Holder, and a Shoulder Bag. The Combo is the better value — three batteries means roughly 90 minutes of total airtime per outing.

Is the Mini 4K waterproof? +

No. Avoid contact with water during flight. If rain begins, return and land as soon as possible, then dry the drone fully — inside and out — before the next flight.

Warranty and after-sales support +

1-year DJI manufacturer warranty, 7-day replacement on manufacturing defects, and optional DJI Care Refresh + AMC for accidental damage and crash protection. All repairs at our in-house facility in Sector 66 Gurgaon.
